Does anyone know a good program for converting video files (.avi, .mpeg, and dvds) so that you can upload them on your iPod Video and can play them. All the ones I have found convert the files, but the quality is very bad!! I need one that converts the files and has very good video quality and the voices are in sync with the video. Thanks!!
