ISUSPM Startup
"C:\Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien\InstallShield\UpdateService\isuspm.exe" -startup
ISUSScheduler
"C:\Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien\InstallShield\UpdateService\issch.exe" -start
seems they are in relationship with Installshield
Can I delete those autostart entries?

I googled it, and this is what I found. Hope it helps.
File Name : ISUSPM.exe
Description: InstallShield Update Service Scheduler. Automatically searches for and performs any updates to the software so you're always working with the most current version
Rating: Not Required, often infrequently run tasks that can be run manually.
