In ccleaner spybot is checked off (applications tab)

I open tea timer icon (task bar)>settings>allowed registry changes.Everything is still there,even after i run ccleaner and also after rebooting.

I still get the pop up,allowed registry change.

When i use to run CC,it would delete these entries,but not no more.
