Can anyone help me with the following:I have installed cc cleaner,since then though everytime I start my p.c. and go to hotmail or messenger I have to retype my password and email.Which checkbox and where should I leave blank to avoid this problem?

If you are using Internet Explorer, uncheck the box under the Windows tab marked 'Autocomplete Form History'. If you are using Mozilla Firefox, uncheck the box under the Applications tab marked 'Saved Form Information' (view picture below). Then go onto either your Hotmail or Messenger account, log in, log out, Run CCleaner, and see if the user names/passwords are still there.
If they still keep disappearing, go under either the Windows tab or the Applications tab (for IE or FF, respectively), and uncheck 'Cookies'. Then try the log in/out again.
If the first one doesn't work, the second should. Let me know if this solves your problem.
