I just downloaded the update to [v. 1.27.260] and now the 'Windows' and 'Applications' tabs of the cleaner are completely blank. Before downloading the upgrade, everything worked fine. Thanks for any help

Since you give not operating system info the only suggestion I would have is to restart Windows.

I would say restart Windows, it could be a pending file rename operation to update the program files of CCleaner - thus it may not work correctly until you restart.

If that doesn't work you "may" need to:
1. Uninstall CCleaner.
2. Restart Windows.
3. Reinstall CCleaner

...or your install of MS VB Runtime may be broken and need to be reinstalled. It could actually be a number of things.
