I have following question: CCleaner delete not the "uninstalls" in C/Windows File. Is it possible to delete? I have a lot of this in windows file, every patch of XP is a newone

I personally manually delete those $NtUninstall....$ folders every so often.
You do however need to be careful of some of those you may delete, for instance if you install Windows Media Connect from Microsoft Update you "may not" be able to uninstall it if you delete the $NtUninstallWMCSetup$ folder.
