I put CCleaner on my daughters computer, ran issues, now she lost all her documents. Is there anyway I can restore Ccleaner and get her stuff back?

What sort of documents were erased? (*.txt, *.doc, etc)
Are you having issues with the Recent Documents section, or is this from within My Documents?
If you ran the registry Issues section, how is that causing problems with documents?
Where were they located/stored on the computer?
