Hello Everybody, Recently I bought a Dell Latitude d610 laptop. By mistake I installed Windows 7 over Windows XP. According to Dell this laptop only works with XP. To make a long story short I tried to reinstall XP but it won't work. The XP disc came from Dell and is legit. I tried to use the wipe drive tool in Crap Cleaner but the drive is greyed out. I'm about to pull the rest of my hair out. Can I wipe my entire drive with CC? If so, How do I go about it? Thanks much

You can't wipe your primary system drive with CCleaner. Try the disk format tool in Windows or the Windows Installation Disc instead.
