I installed the latest version on a win 7 64bit AMD A6 Toshiba laptop and under all the hardware heading it simply stated "module not found." The only section that displayed any information was Peripherals, which gave a full readout of USB connected hardware, but even that topic heading said "module not found." I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and experienced the same thing, although CC Cleaner seems to run alright.

Have you looked in your Windows Services to see if Windows Management Instrumentation service is running?

Sometimes that can be the cause of that error.

I have the same exact problem as described by georgert. My  Windows Management Instrumentation service is running. I restarted it just to be sure. No change in Speccy behavior. What else might the problem be?
