I'm not sure how I did it, but I 'busted' the UAC bypass on the current version of the product. Is there a way to get it back without reinstalling Ccleaner? maybe a toggle switch somewhere? Thanks!

I believe it creates a task in task scheduler. The on off toggle is also in options isn't it?
ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND AT www.piriform.com/docs
