Maybe back in the day when they constructed some car parts out of wood they were onto something from the get go.

It's worth making trees stronger than kevlar just to watch a lumberjack's reaction.

George Washington allegedly had wooden teeth, though this has been debunked, I imagine him biting through the steel on the red coat's muskets with his teeth! ;)
