I want to purchase a home user licence, but need to know if the licence is valid for a lifetime or not and since I have three different computers if I can install CCLEANER on all three computers

What I actually meant was that you DON'T have to buy ccleaner in order to be able to use it. You can just use the free version 
If however, you choose to buy Ccleaner, it means you can use it and get product support form Piriform.
