There's an option to EXPORT but it just exports the NAMES! I want to do a fresh install, after completely removing the program but KEEP my keep cookies!
How do I SAVE my KEEP cookies?

This is how I would do it.
Go to "CCleaner\Options\Advanced" and check the "Save all settings to INI file" box.
Go to CCleaners "Program Files" folder (this is in XP), and copy the "ccleaner.ini" file to a safe location. This is a record of all your settings, including kept cookies.
Do your re-install of CCleaner, open but don't run it, and make sure the "save settings to INI file" box is checked in the new install. Close CCleaner and then copy your original "ccleaner.ini" file back to the CCleaner folder, copying it over the one in the new install.
That will restore all your original settings. After opening CCleaner to confirm that, you can of course go back to using the registry to store settings by unchecking that box.
