there is nothing within speccy that would touch anything to do with system startup
ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND AT www.piriform.com/docs

Some applications sometimes fail to close as quickly as one expects,
and this may interfere with or delay the Windows Shutdown process.
Could Shutdown aggravation result in Windows start-up taking a little more time before it is ready for action ?

I have Windows 7, 64 bit, home with 6 MB RAM. Speccy shows Memory size 6,144 MB, but Physical Memory part, it shows Total physical 3.24 GB, Total Virtual 6.48. And shows three slots used.
How to see all 6GB of Physical RAM?
