hiberfil cannot be defragmented. To get rid of its fragments turn off hibernation in Power settings then turn it back on
ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND AT www.piriform.com/docs

how can I remove the hibernation? Then, I can turn it back subsequently?
I can do a more thorough defragmentation, in some other way? with strings of commands?

To defragment the MFT you will have to use another program like Ultradefrag. I hope Defraggler can include this feature in a near future.
eL_PuSHeR that was the op's question in may
karrygun, I'm going to split this from your old topic so people don't keep answering the old question
kroozer I didn't know about the fixits, thanks
