Cool. It didn't show up for some time and I was thinking it wasn't for XP and perhaps only available in Vista or newer, but oh how delighted I was after deleting a large .ISO DVD Video file it finally revealed itself.

Via ccleaner.ini it can be enabled all the time with this:
ShowTimeTaken=1

The developers do look at the bug reports, so there's no need to try and notify them via here with a link about your topic.

The requirements section doesn't say it supports Windows 8 RP.

Obviously it is required before it can achieve the 9th point in the announcement
