Hello,
I am new to Recuva. I am using the professional version to recover photo (.jpg) files from a portable hard drive that were accidentally written over. When I look at the photos that have been recovered, they appear to be thumbnails and are small in size. Any suggestions?

As you have paid for Recuva this entitles you to priority tech support for Recuva issues from Piriform as opposed to us volunteer helpers here on the forum.
