ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

When working on machines with sidebars it's the first thing I disable.... I've always hated them as they can slow boot so much and are of no interest to me anyway.

Just shows the importance of watching what gadgets you download if you use a sidebar.
