Can anyone help?
I’m very new to CCleaner and have found that after carrying out my very first clean that ALL me system restore points were deleted, with the exception of one :-(
Can anyone tell me what is the setting to use so when I carrying out a clean in the future that I don’t delete system restore points
Cheers Kevin (UK)

uncheck wipefree space, it fills your drive first (that's how it works) and thus is making your Windwos dump Sys restore points
ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
