Recover Button Shows No Directories

When I click on the Recover button, I get a window wiith the title Browse For Folder. The box is empty, though and I can't Make New Folder or anything. Clicking OK does nothing.
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit with SP1 and Recuva 1.42.544 (64-bit)
