I use the free version of CCleaner now. I have tried several times to send a message via the Piriform website; each time sending the message leads to a page with a 404 error: this is definitely NOT a "capcha" entry error. Are you blocking messages from certain S.E. Asian countries ?

Here is the content of the message I have tried, and failed, to send to you:

"I am considering buying your "Pro" version, but, as a professional programmer, I require much more specific information about its features compared to the free version I am using now.

This language re the "Pro" version compared to the "free" version: "Make your PC faster and more secure! Automatically updates to the latest version! Recommended for
home users!"

Is far too vague for me to make a purchase decision.

And "automatic updating" ... unless it does something radically different than just checking, in the free version, that I have in the latest version ... is not a reason to purchase, for me.

thanks, Bill

I had the same error once, but it worked when I tried again.

The additional benefits that CCleaner Professional has over CCleaner Free are:
- Cleaning across multiple users in a single click
- Auto-Updating
- Priority email Support
- First notification of updates, beta programs and special offers

I tried to use the contact form over the past few weeks and it won't work for me.  I know it's not the capcha because I type it in correctly.  I want to contact Piriform for information on educational pricing.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND AT www.piriform.com/docs
