I am thinking of buying recuva to recover some photos from an external hard drive.
If i buy this prog and it does not recover the photos I am pounds out of pocket. So what guarantee do i have that this will in fact recover the images from the hard drive? If it doesn't do i get my money back?
The hard drive is 500gbs partitioned into 2, 1 side is 125 gbs the other partition is about 350 gbs. i have already brought 1 program that recovered the photos from the smaller partition, but could not do the larger one.
I am running Windows 7 as my OS.

Suggestion and advice welcome.
