ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

I think the OP is just stating that it has an MRU list. It would help to know if it uses an AppData, .INI file, or the registry to store settings.
