Custom registry entries

I would like to be able add custom registry keys and values to delete.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND AT www.piriform.com/docs

It sounds risky at least for novice/inexperienced users but +1

What happens if CCleaner is run with the /AUTO option ?
Do these custom registry keys still get zapped ?

+1 as long as it couldn't add in main branches so there won't be people thinking they could make their registry smaller and end up nuking their whole registry with entries like "HKCU|*.*|RECURSE", "HKLM|*.*|RECURSE"
