How do I do it? I assume I just download an icon that i like, save it somewhere, right-click on the desktop icon, and select the icon I download?

If so, whats the decent sites (looking for Vista icons too)? Or do I need a program?

I'm also thinking of changing icons for like my hard drive in My Computer, 3½ Floppy, CD drive e.c.t. How do I do that?

Thanks for the link. Changed one shortcut icon, decided to keep the rest as they are, shame that you have to buy programs to change some things....

"Drives:
You can change floppy drive, hard drive, CD drive icons using IconPackager. If you have SP1 for Windows XP installed you can use IconWorkshop. Using IconWorkshop you can change the icon more than 1 hard drive, it doesn't change the icon of every hard drive on your PC. For example, if you call one hard drive a backup drive you could just change the icon of that hard drive to the backup hard drive icon."

Well, just this! I'm keeping main icons like My Computer e.c.t, just changed one icon, but you've given me the know-how...
