Found this web page today about how to Slipstream SerPak 2 and Hotfixes along with your programs into your Win. XP Home or Pro CD that you can create so you dont have to download all that stuff ever time you do a new install here are some links

The nlite program allows you to intergrate Service Paks and patches and hot fixes plus remove windows features from the CD copy you make first before you add the paks and fixes. ryanvm has the lates service Pak with all the fixes added in already plus add on paks for various other programs.
