After what happened to -kol and his VistaXP theme (MS contacted him via lawyers asking him to remove it), em3 also yanked his in fear.

Yeah, VistaXP had to be removed cause of the images and stuff they had in it.

No. msstyle is how you're using Royale and other themes; without third party software. All you did was patch the Uxtheme.dll

wasnt VistaXP for WindowBlinds only? cause i couldnt find a msstyle for it(when it was around).

I personally find this theme ugly. 
I dont like what it does to folders or the fact that it dosent look right with some firefox themes. Luna element is way better in my opinion.
