i recently installed a program called something toolbar and it's been pissing me off. when i log on to my account, the CPU usage goes to 100% and i cant do anything about it. i logged on to my dad's account and it also activated but it didnt cause problems on that so i removed its entry from the registry. i tried logging again to my account and the problem still persists. the CPU usage doesnt go to 100% but the program is not running. anyone have any thoughts?

edit:just so you guys know, the program is not spyware. it has a few awards on some websites such as softpedia.

Next time use a more descriptive topic maybe.

Try to avoid toolbars, they give me a bad vibe...
