I wanted to remove the Nero scout link from my computer so done some searching and found the below tweak. Works perfectly hope some other people find it useful.

Edit:

To make it easier for those who don't know what to do with the code and to get rid of the problems with the quote box stretching the page. Just download the below file and double click it, when prompted click yes, then the nero scout link in "my computer" will be gone.

englishmen, put that in a codebox so you don't distort the page size.

Tarun I think its the code box that makes the post margins larger. I put englishmens code in a code box and it messed up the margins. But in the quotes right now it looks fine.

On your resolution it does. On 1152x864 it's stretched.

Mine is 1280x1024.

It's still broken, for any res smaller than yours.
