Should " allow sub-frames to navigate across different domains " be set to disabled in internet tools and why?

I would leave that enabled. Its just a prompt anyway so its not hurting anything plus it might help stop something you dont want to happen.
(just use firefox though)

Enable is the default setting for Navigate Sub-frames in Internet Explorer. I've never changed that setting.
