I get popups with normal/yyy65.html at the end and my computer is so slow, there are weird new .dll and .exe programs that I've never seen before. All my virus scanners don't delete the spyware or whatever I have because it keeps coming back.

Hello,

Download this package of programs and install them all. Then do full scans with each one but make sure that you update them before you scan. That is the most important thing.

After you scan with all the programs reboot and post a new log.

Okay, I downloaded and ran all those programs (some I already had) and restarted my computer. If this doesn't work do you suggest restoring my computer to an earlier date or reformating my hard drive? Here is the new hijackthis log. I still get popups after all that so hopefully you can help me out. Thank you for replying.

the popups have gotten worse since last night.

thank you for replying. I downloaded that program but it didn't stop the popups, they just pop up in a "tab". I restored my computer to before the problems started happening and it didn't do anything and I still have the problem. Does system restore not work like that? Does it not restore the programs and files back to a previous date? I assumed it did This is so frustrating.

Please do not do anything unless I tell you too. If you fix stuff on your own I have no way of knowing what needs to be done next.
