Here you go my friend "XBOX THEME!"
Heres Vista Glass Theme! "Note that it might not be the one your looking for but... It'll do. Just click download to Desktop and use whatever program you have to apply the Theme or... Visual. I use UxTheme.zip file.

lol, well PS2 Themes are hard to find. I'm sure if you use WindowsBlind which you don't " " I'm sure there'd be one on there site. Glad I could help though
