Still have 28% fragmentation even after Defraggler-ed

Hello, I am having a little trouble defragging my laptop. I am hoping someone can help me with this problem... thank you in advance.

I analyzed my HP G60-230US laptop with Defraggler and it said there was 28% fragmentation, so I went ahead and pushed the defragment button.

After hours and hours and even more hours, it was complete BUT when I went to analyze it again it said there was 28% fragmentation. So I tried to google a solution and saw a topic here on this forum with a similar problem and followed it. The person said to go to the Files list tab (the Files list tab listed had a whole bunch of files) and check all the files and then push Defrag checked, so I did.

After that was done, I reanalyzed it and it STILL tells me I have 28% fragmentation! What the heck! So I had no choice but to join these forums to ask for a solution for my own problem. I check the Files list tab and it is much much much much much shorter now and has these few entries:

TinyPic Has Ceased Operations

Due to an inability to support a high-quality free digital service that derives 100% of its revenue from ever declining on-site revenues, TinyPic has shut down its operations. As previously announced on this website, September 16, 2019 was the last day for our users to access their accounts to download their images.

What Should You Do Now?

We recommend checking out our sister company, Photobucket, for image hosting. They are currently offering an unlimited image hosting and storage plan for $5 per month (regularly priced at $11.99 per month). We would like to personally thank you for choosing TinyPic as your hosting service. Many of you have been utilizing our services since we launched back in April 2004.

ps. It sure would be nice to know what those 3 boxes were  :)
