Don't know where to start off with the Metro app's, cant figure it out. Instead I am requesting if somebody can do the Adobe Reader app

Also doe anybody know any file(s) I can add to the exclude list that will keep MetroTwit from forgetting my login details? (I think it uses IE10 for this)

It's best to download winapp2.ini and then copy only what you want from it into your locally installed copy versus using the whole file.

honestly, as unbiased as I  can be, my opinion is Piriform are well within their right, as the code order that is used for the ini is individually piriform's. We, as users, are allowed to create our own for use with our personal (or business) CCleaner; just because it's plaintext does not mean that it is open source (just because there is no copyright symbol and it is found freely on the internet does not make it public domain, by U.S. and most international laws).
They devs have been supportive of this thread, and the one which proceeded it, because it benefits their software to do so.  Not so they can benefit competitors directly by an unlicensed  translator.  Just because bleachbit is open source and has a good reputation, does not give them  the right to plagiarize code nor co-opt other's method of cleaning because their userbase isn't involved enough to do it.
Basically bleachbit is offering users of a competing product a way of switching, sans Piriform's permission to access and translate Ccleaner's  code which robs "the offended-party" of possible paying customers/donations.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

With all due respect to Piriform; they don't own the syntax of the winapp files. Technically you cannot hold copyright over a means of expressing information- only the information itself. Not to mention that the "ini" format; despite any minor adaption Piriform have made, is a longstanding invention of Microsoft.

That wouldn't be significant except for the fact that Piriform didn't actually write any of the entries. They have no legal basis for telling BleachBit that they cannot use a file that Piriform don't actually hold any rights over.

True, but it's on their dotcom site so they can do what they want rather that be in "favour" of the community or not. Personally I use both programs, however I also know it would benefit Andrew to use his own format that's far enough away from the winapp2.ini (file) to never again catch Piriforms eye's, that and along with making it easier to write entries for. The only thing is there's allot more cleaning tools that also use winapp2.ini and did long before BleachBit ever did.

Irrelevant. There is no "we retain full rights to any content you publish on our website" disclaimer on the signup form (just checked).

He does. Worst case scenario: he has to convert winapp2.ini to CleanerML on each update. A script could easily be created to automate this process.

Agreed.
