PC-Cillin 2006 unavailable in Europe

Hello.

This question is for those of you who know how software companies work and how they sell their products.

I'm a Spanish user of Trend Micro PC-Cillin Internet Security 2005. Version 2006 is already available in the USA and Australia, but not in Europe. I can understand its being unavailable in Spain, on account of translating the software, but it strikes me as funny not being available in the United Kingdom, for example (if you look at Trend Micro's British website, PC-C 2006 is not even announced). I wrote to Trend asking about this, and the answer was simply that they couldn't give me a European release date. :blink:

I mean, is this normal procedure? :unsure:
