I am trying to uninstall 'compuserve' from my pc. I've tried many times to do it thru Windows's Add/Remove program; Compuserve will open up and analyize my pc to see what versions of compuserve I have installed.... that's as far as I get... that page will stay there for hours if I let it. I tried a different 'uninstaller' and all it did was delete Compuserve from the program list but it's still there in my 'Program Files'. What am I not doing or doing wrong?

RE-INSTALL the software again then try to UNINSTALL it.

Amnd if thats a problem, delete it manually, and if you are good with the registry look for its keys there and delete them. Also untick all the services if it is running using msconfig.
