What can cCleaner Pro do, that "normal" cCleaner can not do ?
Is it possible to try the pay-version as trail ?

Are you talking about a web page where you've actually seen a "CCleaner Pro" download?
If so, it's nothing to do with Piriform CCleaner, and it has been mentioned on here before:

There is a "CCleaner Network Edition" which requires a licence, but I don't think you're referring to that one. And you can buy an optional "Priority Support" package for the standard CCleaner, but the program itself is free to everyone.
If what you're talking about is named "CCleaner Pro", then don't touch it Jorn, and if you need more clarification, just post back here.

Well it says it on the program itself under "Options" in the "About" section it asked "Upgrade To Pro".. So Id also like to know if there a differance in the PRO version compared to the FREE version. Thanks in advance!

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND AT www.piriform.com/docs
