Tools > Options > Player > Player settings > Connect to the Internet (overrides other commands)

this is my other computer. odly enough attached to the same router. the top two things on my other computer are shaded out and i cant select them. and before neone asks i cant use this comp for my music

Consider uninstalling and installing.

Under the privacy tab make sure everything is checked.(in the top section only.)
Then go to the network tab and make sure all of the connection types are checked(http, UDP, ect.)
Under performance make sure you have detect speed automatically checked.
Let me know if any of that fixes it.

Then look under the library tab. Make sure the box that says retrieve additional information from the net is checked.
I will try to find some info if that dosent work.
