Hi,

* I saw that you need to scan the register a few times to remove all the unneccesairy links/extensions/... Could this be fixed?
* When a folder is empty in the start menu, I would like to have an option to remove it all together. Can this be added to?

You'll find this in many registry cleaners!
The reason is when removing one invalid entry that is, or may be linked to another entry (entries) will also make that other entry (entries) invalid.
Complexity of incoherent design.

Unfortunately doing it all in one go would slow down the scan, so it would take much longer.
