Spyware Blaster 3.4 doesn't work. How good is Spyware Blaster 3.4, I have all the others there minus Spybot as it screwed up my PC last time, and isn't CWShredder just a permanent deleter? I've never seen the point of those...

Spyware blaster will prevent you from being infected by a lot of stuff. Download it and update it and you will you can look at the database to see all of the stuff it protects you from. Also it dosent actively run anything so it wont cause any slow down.

CWShredder is for cool web search infections.
Why do you think spybot screwed up you pc? I have installed it a lot of pcs and never had any issues.(although I do not like its real time protection.)

It was to do with Backweb, but I did have an iffy internet secuity suite. Though my friend says his brings up negative issues as well, so I'd rather not run the risk. I think I'll get Spyware blaster, is CWShredder really needed?

Cheers, might try Spyware Blaster, though I'm more concerned about getting Norton at the moment.

Eventually, if none of the free decent antivirus's work, then yes. Its been ordered, and if I don't find a programn that works before then I will use it, if I do then I'll refund it.
