I am trying to uninstall PC-cillin 2002 in order to upgrade to 2005 however when I try to do this I get a message cannot delete Java Hook dll access is denied.
So how can I resolve this problem please.
Also can I get a free download for ActiveX .

To resolve that problem you can try using unlocker; which tries to "kill" all process connection of a file to a process. In your case it sounds like javhook.dll is still being used by explorer.exe, so unlocker would severe the connection(s) between the two allowing you to delete it. It will add item to your context menu, so just find the file, right-click on it and unlock the process.
