http://www.dnsbl.us.sorbs.net what is it? if I use ipgoat.com to check whois it takes me to this site and says my address is listed. What is this all about

It is Spam and Open Relay Blocking System which is a service that is supposed to automatically block access to servers that have been identified as having been used to deliver spam.

There is a pretty good article about it here which includes suggestions for fixing problems it may cause.
