I recently downloaded an upgrade for the latest version of defraggler and ever since then it will not work! I have tried to re download the version I was previously using but to no avail.
All that is showing in the prgramme after starting it is "No Data".
Can anybody suggest a solution, all other Priform products I am using are fine, although I have not downloaded any upgrades for these.

Which browser did you use for the download?
Is it possible for you to try a different one?
Try downloading from here and saving it on your desktop or downloads folder.

Then install it from there.
