Ok i have been using the Defraggler Program for bout a year now and i just noticed that everytime i defrag my computer the Free Space keeps going down and i am running really low on free space and i want to know how i get my freespace back? Please help me out here

Well documented.
When using any 3rd party Defreg app on Vista/win7 (and I think xp too) The OS creates a Restore point

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND AT www.piriform.com/docs

That's what I'd do. Actually, I would disable System Restore which will delete every restore point, then create a new restore point.
