Since I downloaded the latest updates to CCleaaner, most of the icons on my desktop (which I use to keep myself organized) have
the CCleaner icon superimposed on them. This is VERY distracting! How can I remove the CCleaner icon portion that is showing
over my desktop icons?

1) where did you download ccleaner from?
2) can you post a screenshot?
ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND AT www.piriform.com/docs
