Hi,

Really like CC, but I need to find out how to protect HiJackThis's Ignore list from getting wiped out each time I run CC.

For some reason, it's no longer a problem. I installed the newer beta version of hijackthis, so maybe that was the issue.

I also found where HJT apparently stores its ignore list: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\HijackThis]

In the future to exclude files, folders, or registry data you can do that via:
Options->Exclude
