You can not defrag pagefile.sys while windows is running. It is a system file that is in use.
Since the release of Windows Vista and windows 7 the ability to defrag the pagefile is not possible.

So itīs better to delete all pagefile.sys from Computer Properties, restart PC and then create it again?
I did it once but pagefile.sys was still in my HD.
How can I do to fix it?
Thanks!

To defrag pagfile.sys you have to use a program that will defrag at startup before everything loads, which Defraggler can't do at this point. I wouldn't delete it unless you're totally desperate for hard drive space. The simplest thing to do is set it to a fixed size and forget it. Instructions on how to do that are here.
