Using 1.00.066 and 100.089 the temperature value does not show up at all for my Pentium 4 3.0 GHz 800MHz Bus, 512KB L2-Cache.
"ASUS P4C800 Deluxe" is my motherboard in case you need it.
OS: Windows XP Pro SP3 32bit

I have a P4 1.6GHz CPU and Speccy doesn't shown the temperature either.

me too i have used this on a pc with a p4 and have seen the smae problem
