As far as I can tell Defraggler has no option for creating a log file, it can create debugging information but wouldn't be suitable for reading.

I too find having a logfile after Defrag to be helpful. I save the previous 4-5 in case of recurring problem areas. Perhaps, this would be a suggestion for "Defraggler Suggestions"?
