Can I cancel the scan, 55% done? It has lasted for more than 24 hours.
Or is it better to wait?

Really, no one can answer? I need to use a computer, but there are still 55%. Can I stop the program?

Of course you can. What do you this the Stop button means? It never does a full defrag on my Vista Home Premium. 
WinXP SP3 and Vista Home Premium SP2
